Do you remember 1993 when federal agents killed 74 men, women and children in Waco, Texas? David Koresch was the leader of a religious compound. Federal authorities stormed the compound in order to arrest a man accused of child abuse and firearms law violations. Koresch and his followers may or may not have been the Waco Wacko's, as they were called. Their religious beliefs were probably not in line with the major religions of the world. However, proof of the abuse and firearms allegations is difficult or impossible to find. Koresch could have been arrested without incident as he took frequent walks in the town during the weeks before the inferno at the compound. It's possible that due process would have vindicated him.
