Last week, the Claiborne County Grand Jury returned indictments against 13 people. They include:

  • Jeffrey Layne Bowling, 45, indicted on one count of DUI

  • Rocky Orville Bussell, 37, indicted on one count each of aggravated burglary and theft of property under $500

  • Harley Jesse Ellison, 66, indicted on two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of reckless endangerment - deadly weapon and aggravated criminal trespass

  • Lonnie Dewayne Engle, Jr., 35, indicted on one count each of indecent exposure and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell/deliver

  • James Dee "Jamey" Hamlin III, 33, indicted on three counts of burglary (auto) and two counts of burglary

  • Charlisa Buffy Monday, 35, indicted on one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine

  • Sharon Jill Owen, 48, indicted on one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance

  • Stephen L. Pebley, 58, indicted on one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine

  • Jody Phillips, 26, indicted on one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, and simple possession of marijuana

  • Patricia Lynch Rowland, 48, indicted on one count each of DUI, violation of implied consent, simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, vandalism under $500, aggravated criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct

  • Amy Marie Sockwell, 26, indicted on one count each of simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

  • Scott L. "Scottie" Thomas, 33, indicted on one count each of DUI and violation of implied consent

  • Simon Scott Young, 20, indicted on one count each of DUI (second) and violation of implied consent
