Threads of Hope

Threads of Hope was put together by Meyers Grove Church members in New Tazewell for Juniors and Seniors to have a formal attire shop. Threads of Hope is now accepting donations of gently used formal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, and men’s formal suits. Cash donations are also being accepted to help out with dry cleaners fees, shoes, and other accessories will be accepted. Drop-off location is Lil’s Laundromat next to Rite-Aid. We want to thank everyone for helping the last three years. We can make it four years, with your help. Tri-State Youth Choir

The Tri State Youth Choir will be performing on the following dates: May 27 – Southside at Middlesboro; June 3 - Pump Springs Baptist at 6 pm (Harrogate). The Tri State Youth Choir is a Christian Choir based in Harrogate, TN, and is open to all denominations of 7th - 12th grade students in the Tri-State area (TN, KY, and VA). They meet at Pump Springs Baptist church on Sunday afternoons from 3-5 p.m. each week beginning in January, and then the choir performs locally in April and May, and goes on a weeklong mission trip to Florida in June where they perform at churches, rescue missions and rehab centers.
