Steve & Diana Young and Rusty & Debbie Davis wish to announce the recent marriage of their children, Rachel and Joseph. The couple exchanged vows May 2, 2012, at the Ole Mill Water Fall in Pigeon Forge. Rachel is the granddaughter of Ernest & Lois Young and Rethie Price of Tazewell. Joseph is the grandson of Wilma Davis and the late Clyde Davis, and James & Ruby Essary, all of Tazewell.
