Natalie Layden was recently named the new Head Coach of the Lincoln Memorial University Lady Railsplitters’ softball team. Layden comes to LMU with NCAA, Division One experience from her alma mater Elon University out of North Carolina. She has experience in the South Atlantic Conference as she worked as an assistant with Wingates' Lady Bulldogs for several seasons. She is highly touted as a great recruiter of talent and will begin her coaching duties as soon as she arrives on campus. The programs she has been involved with over her career all have one thing in common, winning. She has several championships under her belt as an assistant coach and will be looking to add a few titles as the new head coach of the Lady Railsplitters.
