First Century Bank is now offering Instant Issue Debit cards for their customers at the Tazewell office.
Instant Issue cards put the customer’s ATM/Debit card in their hand the same day they request it.
In today’s instantaneous world, customers have become accustomed to having instant access to financial information and First Century Bank is now making debit cards a part of that expectation.
“With so many people using debit cards as their primary source of payment, we knew we wanted to accelerate the process of issuing our cards and enrich our customers’ experience” stated Rob Barger, CEO of First Century Bank.
Although First Century Bank is currently issuing the cards in the Tazewell office, they will expand the service to many of their other offices throughout the year.
