According to Claiborne County Sheriff David Ray two arrest warrants have been issued as a result of a recent break-in in the Cape Norris area of Claiborne County.

The warrants are issued for Billy Joe Feltner, 37, and Shelby Turner, 30, both of Hazard Ky. Sheriff Ray stated that that a break-in and theft of property amounting to approximately $7,000.00 along with evidence obtained by Captain David Honeycutt and Lt. John Collins of the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) led to the issuance of the warrants.

Captain Honeycutt stated that a small amount of jewelry was recovered and that they are working closely with Kentucky authorities to apprehend these two individuals who are now charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property over $1,000.
