Several indictments were handed down by the Grand Jury on May 27 the following individuals received indictments on the charges listed below:

Lee Ann Brogan, 28, was indicted for Prescription Fraud.

Jeremiah Randolph Smith, 21, was indicted for Simple Possession of Marijuana.

Gary Lee Hillier, 29, was indicted for DUI (3rd offense), Violation of Implied Consent, Assault, Resisting Arrest and Reckless Endangerment.

Richard Ben Schaeffer, 23, was indicted for Criminal Trespass and Vandalism Under $500 (2 counts).

Lee Ann Brogan, 28, was indicted for Theft of Property Under $500 (2 counts) and Criminal Trespass.

Noah Jackson “Jack” Buchanan, Jr., 54, Aggravated Assault (2 counts), Vandalism Over $1,000, Possession of Weapon in Commission of Felony and Vandalism Under $500.

Clarence Edward Painter, 54, was indicted for Rape of a Child.

Brian Heath Bussell, 37, was indicted for Aggravated Assault.

Lawrence Don Rice, 37, was indicted for Sell of Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Dori A. Silvey, 27, was indicted for Violation of Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender Bar.

Jerry A. Fortner, 25, was indicted for Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Sell or Deliver.

Douglas Adam Vanover, 19, was indicted for Arson.

Robert Adam Goins, 21, was indicted for Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means.

Alex W. Swim, 22, was indicted for Aggravated Robbery.

Jeremy Workman, 34, was indicted for Theft of Property Over $500, Identity Theft and Fraudulent Use of Credit Card (2 counts).
