Several pleas were entered before Claiborne County Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton this past week. The following individuals entered a guilty plea for their charges:
Keith Wade Large, 39, pled guilty to Theft under $500 and was sentenced to supervised probation for one year. He must also pay $75 to the Economic Crime Fund.
Lee Ann Brogan, 28, pled guilty to Theft under $500 and Criminal Trespassing and was denied alternative sentencing. She will serve 11/29 at a minimum of 75 percent and must pay restitution.
Lee Ann Brogan, 28, pled guilty to Prescription Fraud and was denied alternative sentencing. She will serve a six-year sentence.
Joshua Daniel Phipps, 25, pled guilty to Vandalism under $500 and was sentenced to unsupervised probation for one year, must pay restitution and was fined $500.
Jeremiah Randolph Smith, 21, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana (Schedule VI Controlled Substance) and was sentenced to unsupervised probation for 11/29. He was also fined $250.
Jina L. Ward, 38, pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence first offense and was sentenced to split confinement for three days with a jail credit of three days. She was also sentenced to supervised probation for one year and was fined $350.
Robert Adam Goins, 21, pled guilty to Exploitation of Minor by Electronic Means, alternative sentencing was denied and he will serve a two-year sentence.
Alex W. Swim, 22, pled guilty to Aggravated Robbery and alternative sentencing was denied. He will serve 7.2 years with a jail credit of 33 days and must pay restitution.
Dori A.Silvey, 27, pled guilty to Violation of Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender Bar and alternative sentencing was denied. She will serve 18 months with a jail credit of 67 days.
Larkie Malicoat, 55, pled guilty to Possession of Schedule 4 with intent to sell or deliver and alternative sentencing was denied. He will serve a 4-year sentence with a jail credit of five months and 16 days.
Jody Darrell Akers, 40, pled guilty to Simple Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Alternative sentencing was denied and he will serve 11/29 at a minimum of 75 percent with a jail credit of two months and 27 days.
Rocky Orville Bussell, 38, pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence 4th offense and alternative sentencing was denied. He will serve a 2 year sentence and his driver’s license was revoked for five years.
Douglas Adam Vanover, 19, pled guilty to Arson and alternative sentencing was denied. He will serve a three year sentence and must pay restitution.
Randy Joseph Edwards, 24, pled guilty to Felony Escape and alternative sentencing was denied. He will serve one year at 30 percent with a jail credit of 13 days.
Randy Joseph Edwards, 24, pled guilty to Theft over $1,000 but less than $ 10,000 and Possession of a Hand Gun by a convicted felon. Alternative sentencing was denied and he will serve a five year sentence with a jail credit of 143 days.
Derek Allen Baumgardner, 24, pled guilty to Reckless Driving and was sentenced to split confinement of 2 days with a jail credit of 2 days and unsupervised probation for 6 months.
Brian Heath Bussell, 37, pled guilty to Evading Arrest and alternative sentencing was denied. He will serve an 11/29 sentence at a minimum of 75 percent.
Roscoe Belcher, 56, pled guilty to Attempted Incest and Indecent Exposure. He was sentenced to split confinement of 33 days with a jail credit of 33 days and was fined $500.
Bobby Joe Shoffner, Jr., 38, pled guilty to DUI 1st offense and Violation of HMVO Bar. He was sentenced to split confinement of 45 days with a jail credit of 2 days and was fined $350.
Mary Howard, 51, pled guilty to Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Sell or Deliver. She was sentenced to split confinement of one day with a jail credit of one day and was fined $2,000. She must also forfeit weapons to CCSO.
Brian Heath Bussell, 37, pled guilty to Resisting Arrest, two counts Assault and Evading Arrest. Alternative sentencing was denied and he was sentenced to serve 11/29 with a jail credit.

Steven Lawrence Sabo, 31, pled guilty to five counts forgery and Theft under $500. He was sentenced to split confinement of 90 days with a jail credit of 3 days and supervised probation for 2 years. He must also pay $150 to the Economic Crime Fund.
James Allan “Jimmy” Johnson, 26, pled guilty to Burglary and Felony Escape. He was sentenced to split confinement of 120 days with a jail credit of 86 days and supervised probation for three years. He was also fined $625 and must forfeit $75 to the Economic Crime Fund.
Jeremy Workman, 34, pled guilty to Theft over $500, Identity Theft and two counts fraudulent use of Credit Card. He was sentenced to split confinement of 52 days with a jail credit of 52 days and supervised probation for 4 years. He must pay restitution and pay $300 to the Economic Crime Fund.
Lawrence Dan Rice, 38, pled guilty to Sell or Delivery of less than 0.5 grams of cocaine. He was sentenced to split confinement of 14 days with a jail credit of 14 days and supervised probation for three years. He was also fined $2,000.
Jody Darrell Akers, 47, pled guilty to Forgery. He was sentenced to split confinement of 12 days with a jail credit of 2 months and 27 days and supervised probation for 8 years. He must pay restitution and must pay $975 to the Economic Crime Fund.
Tommy L. Martin, 43, pled guilty to TN Care Fraud. He was sentenced to split confinement of 2 days with a jail credit of 2 days. He must pay restitution and must forfeit $1,500 to the CCSO and $1,500 to 8th District Drug Task Force.
Donald Z. Collins, 29, pled guilty to Statutory Rape and Driving on Revoked License. He was sentenced to split confinement of 3 days with a jail credit of 3 days and supervised probation for three years.
Darin Wayne Collins, 41, pled guilty to Aggravated Burglary. He was sentenced to split confinement of 2 days with a jail credit of 2 days and supervised probation for three years. He was granted judicial diversion for three years.
Danny R. Williams, 46, pled guilty to Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Sell or Delivery, Possession of Schedule III with intent to Sell or Deliver and Vandalism less than $500. He was sentenced to split confinement of 4 days with a jail credit of 4 days and supervised probation of four years. He must pay restitution, was fined $2,000 and must forfeit $3,000 to the CCSO Drug Fund.
Benjamin Wayne Hopson, 22, pled guilty to Aggravated Burglary. He was sentenced to split confinement of 9 months with a jail credit of three days and supervised probation for three years.
Wanda E. Kilgore, 26, pled guilty to Theft over $1,000. She was sentenced to pre-trial split confinement of three days with a jail credit of three days and supervised probation for six years. Judicial Diversion was granted for six years. She must pay restitution and must pay $100 to the Economic Crime Fund.
Marshall Brown Kilgore, III, 36, pled guilty to Theft over $1,000. He was sentenced to split confinement of three days with a jail credit of three days and supervised probation for six years. He must pay restitution and must pay $100 to the Economic Crime Fund.
Jerry A. Fortner, 25, pled guilty to Possession of Less than 0.5 grams of Cocaine with Intent to Sell or Deliver. He was sentenced to split confinement of one day with a jail credit of one day and supervised probation for 4 years. He was fined $2,000 and must forfeit pistols and $2,000 to the CCSO.
