Charles H. Sweat, 44, of Harrogate, passed away August 3, 2009 at his home surrounded by his family after a hard battle with cancer. He gave his heart to God and was ready for his sunset. He was born June 3, 1965 in Middleboro, KY, was preceded in death by his father, Charlie E. Sweat; grandparents, Doyle and Bertha Brooks, Cleo and Charlie Sweat; a special step-sister, Bobbie Bible. Survivors, wife, Icia Sweat; sons, Daniel Sweat and Adam Jones, both of Harrogate; daughter, Cara Beth Lawson, of Middlesboro; granddaughter, Megan Hall, of Middlesboro; mother and step-dad, Polly and Bob Inman, of Middlesboro, KY; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lib and Lorene Lawson, of Middlesboro, KY; brothers, Jim Sweat, Andy (Kim) Sweat, all of Harrogate, TN; Glenn (Melissa) Sweat, of Barbourville, KY; sister, Loris (Donald) Coots of London, KY; step-brothers, Tony Jones, Robbie Inman of Harrogate; step-sisters, Mickie Smith, Kathy Buttery, Cindy Bayless, all of Middlesboro; special friends, Lanious Mize, Junior Wilburn, Waldo Saiffer, a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and lots of friends.
