Mr. George Wylie Hurst age 71 of New Tazewell, TN was born May 4, 1938 and passed away August 27, 2009. He was a member of Riverview Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his:

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 29, 2009 from 5 PM until 8PM at Claiborne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 30 at 2:00PM in the Claiborne Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Lewis Brown and Brother Mikey Painter officiating. Music will be provided by Terry Keck and group, Tena Bennett, and Melissa Melton. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
