Kimberly Diane Delph, 39, of Tazewell, was indicted September 9 on one count of theft over $10,000 but less than $60,000 from the Claiborne Progress and 28 counts of forgery. All of the charges are felonies.

The alleged theft and forgery incidents occurred during May, June and July of this year. Officer Ronnie Maness of the Tazewell Police Department and Agent Mark Irwin of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation assisted the local Eighth Judicial District Attorney’s office with the investigation.

Delph was arrested Friday, Sept. 11, and taken to the Claiborne County Justice Center. She was later released on $25,000 bond.
