Geraldine Coffey Cox Ellis age 80 of Knoxville, TN was born July 21, 1929 and passed away October 7, 2009 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was of the Baptist Faith formerly of Lone Holly Baptist Church. She was a CNA in a nursing home and a private duty caregiver. She was a caregiver in every aspect. She was preceded in death by her parents, James & Georgia Coffey; brother, James Coffey, JR.

The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 P.M. Saturday at the Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 2:00 P.M. Saturday October 10, 2009 in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the McGinnis-Harrell Cemetery
