The 2010 First Half Southern League Champion's- Tennessee Smokies are currently trying to get back to the top of the standings as the second half is well underway.

The Smokies are sitting in third place with a 12-12 record as of Sunday, July 18th.  They are just a game out of first with plenty of time left.  This week the Tennessee Smokies were given the news that they would host the Southern League All-Star game in 2012.  It will be the third time hosting the event since being relocated to Kodak, Tennessee.  The next Smokies home stand will begin on July 25th against in-state rival West Tennessee.
