Judge Shayne Sexton processed several plea agreements recently, during hearings in Claiborne Criminal Court.

Phillip Wayne Greer, 37, was charged under three separate cases with aggravated criminal trespassing, three counts of theft under $1,000 and one count each of the sell and delivery of a schedule III controlled substance and evading arrest. Greer was sentenced to an effective split confinement of six years TDOC supervised probation with nine days confinement. He was given credit for nine days of jail time already served. Greer must pay at least $100 per month in court costs, including a $2,000 fine. He must pay $48.77 in restitution to the New Tazewell Walmart. Greer forfeits $225 to the Economic Crime Fund.

George Collier, 55, charged with criminal trespassing, theft over $1,000 and conspiracy to commit theft under $500, was sentenced to four years TDOC supervised probation. Collier forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund. Restitution will be determined during a hearing on Sept. 18. He was granted permission to travel out of state only for job-related purposes.

Brandi Nicole Anderson, 25, charged with the sale and delivery of a schedule II drug in a drug-free zone, was sentenced to a concurrent three years TDOC supervised probation. Anderson is eligible for unsupervised probation, once found fully compliant.

Kimberly Diane Delph, 46, charged with the sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, was sentenced to six years TDOC supervised probation. Delph must pay at least $500 per month in restitution in a third case that is concurrent with these two cases. She is eligible for unsupervised probation, once found fully compliant.

Vennessa Lee Martinez, 29, charged with the sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, was sentenced to three years TDOC supervised probation. Martinez must continue the 8th Judicial District Drug Court, as a special condition of the alternative sentencing.

Martin Edward Amburn, 34, charged with the sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, was sentenced to two years at 30 percent confinement. Amburn was given credit for 36 days of jail time already served.

James Lawson, 31, charged with theft over $2,500, was sentenced to a split confinement of four years TDOC supervised probation with 60 days confinement. Lawson was given credit for any jail time already served on this case. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and $750 in restitution to his victim.

Jason Brian Widner, 37, charged with theft over $1,000, was sentenced to four years TDOC supervised probation. Widner must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund. He must also undergo weekly drug screenings for two years.

Ricky J. Sulfridge, 52, charged with theft over $1,000, was sentenced to three years at 30 percent confinement. Restitution will be determined during a hearing on Sept. 18.

Kenneth Rathbone, 56, charged with theft over $500, was sentenced to six years at 45 percent confinement.
