The Cumberland Gap Panthers traveled to Jellico, Tennessee for a non-district game of football October 6. It was homecoming night for Jellico and they wanted nothing more than to defeat the Panthers. Cumberland Gap mixed the offense up well and were able to place 35 points on the board while the defense was stingy and gave up only six points. In the end, the Panthers went home with a 35-6 victory and kept their momentum going. Look for more on this game on the website and in a future print edition.
