A cloudy sky, wind and a few sprinkles of rain didn’t hamper the annual New Tazewell Merchants’ Association Christmas Parade, held Saturday. Numerous cars, tractors and floats traveled the parade route through the town and thousands of people gathered in lots of candy and souvenirs. This float by Nave Hill Missionary Baptist Church was the first place winner in the religious float category.
