The family of Cortus and Callie Welch, of Harrogate, Tennessee, are honoring and celebrating the couple. Callie celebrated her 97th birthday in December, and Cortus will celebrate his 100th birthday on Feb. 13. The couple will celebrate their 79th wedding anniversary on May 11.
