There will be open house on Jan. 14 at the home of Billie (Thomas) Welch, located at 941 Red Hill Circle, Speedwell, Tennessee, all afternoon to celebrate her 90th birthday. Her birthday is Jan. 16. She has four sons (Jim, Joe (deceased), Mike, and Mont Welch), eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. All friends and neighbors are invited. No gifts please.
